With over 90 clubs and societies to choose from, there is something for every girl to enjoy; they can develop their talents, learn something new, have fun and make new friends.
Every girl has something to gain from the vast range of extra-curricular activities on offer in addition to the major sporting and performing arts opportunities provided by the school. We encourage each girl to take part in at least one area of activity, although many join several. Some take place during school hours, others in the evenings and at weekends.
They range from activities such as cross country, orchestras and bands and debating to the unexpected including stage lighting, conservation and wood turning. A new GLIDE LGBTQ+ Youth Group provides a safe and supportive space for young people to meet and discuss LGBT issues and ways to prompt conversations on these issues across the school.
