On Tuesday, 23 March, as we reached the one year anniversary of the first national lockdown, the Schools took the time to reflect on the period of change and uncertainty brought by the last 12 months.
To mark the first National Day of Reflection, both Old College and Ravelston House were lit up yellow in support of Marie Curie's campaign to remember loved ones lost during the pandemic and as a sign of hope for the future. Class teachers held a minute's silence at 12 noon to allow our staff and pupils to pay their respects, and our Junior School children could be seen tying yellow ribbons around campus to remind us of the brighter times coming.
You can take a look at our album on Flickr to see how our Junior School children marked the National Day of Reflection.
